I am a licensed doctor of physical therapy specializing in sports, orthopedic, and pelvic health concerns. I am also the proud owner of Zia Physiotherapy, LLC where I offer in-home services and video consultations to help patients manage their concerns.

My triathlon journey began over a decade ago as a former collegiate swimmer attempting a triathlon without a clue. As you can imagine, injuries and setbacks happened. But that's what fueled this mission!

With my extensive background as a triathlete and as a licensed physical therapist, I have helped numerous individuals overcome injuries and enhance their performance. Now, I have launched The Triathlete Project as a platform to extend my reach and share the knowledge and techniques I have gained over the years. Through my YouTube channel, and this site, I aim to provide invaluable insights into how triathletes can overcome injuries, manage pain, and improve their performance.
